Jenny Adame | Assistant Director
Hi! My name is Jennifer Adame and I’m proud to serve as the Assistant Director at The Big Red Barn! Working in early childhood education has been my passion since high school. I believe that the early years are the most important time in a child’s development, and I feel honored to play a role in helping children grow, learn, and feel safe and supported every day.
I’ve been in the field of early learning for 7 years, and during that time, I’ve worked as an assistant teacher and later on a Pre-K teacher. My experience has taught me the importance of building strong relationships. Not only with children but also with families and educators. I believe in leading with empathy, communication, and collaboration.
I am very excited to help support our amazing teaching staff, and ensure that we’re providing a high-quality, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. I’m especially passionate about social-emotional development and staff mentoring.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I also love discovering new places with my husband. I’m so grateful to be part of a community that values early learning and works together to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
