Monthly Updates:

• Thank you for being apart of our BRB family 🧡Thank you for trusting us with your precious cargo 🙂 We do not take this responsibility lightly and we hope you all can feel the love we all hold for everyone of your students.
• Pick-ups & Drop-offs 
  • Please make sure you are using the airport-styled drop off zone or our parking spaces during pick-ups and drop-offs
    • Please DO NOT use the concrete area by the red shed as a pick-up or drop-off zone. We have plenty of available spaces elsewhere that will allow our kids and parents to remain safe while maintaining efficient traffic management.
    • Airport-Styled Pick-up & Drop-off
      • If you are getting out of your car, please park on the right side of the pick-up/drop-off zone so that traffic can exit using the left side of the driveway.
• Incident Reports
  • Now that we switched up our pick up and drop off procedures it has been proven difficult to keep up with parent signatures on incident reports at the front desk. Due to to this, teachers will now carry around clip boards with their specific students reports and parent's will be able to sign these directly with the staff.
    • All incident reports have to be signed by administration directly after the incident occurs, so all admin will still be in the loop regarding these, they will just be signed in a different location!
• Checking your kiddos In & Out on BrightWheel
  • Please make sure you are checking your student in and out using the Brightwheel QR codes. Checking students in and out is the parent's responsibility and is done for the safety of your child. Please help us keep your students safe everyday!
• BRB Clothing Lists
  • To help us keep track of the BRB clothes that students borrow, we have placed BRB clothing lists in every classrooms. If your student's name is on these lists, please return the borrowed BRB clothing as soon as possible.
• Winter Nights
  • Now that winter is fast approaching, our afternoons at the barn are very dark. To allow our students to safely travel back inside the school, we will now have all kiddos inside the Barn by 4:45pm!
• NEW LISCENSING RULE!
  • According to Colorado's Childcare Licensing rules and regulations, we can now combine all ages in the last hour of operating (5-6pm). For our school, we will allow all classes to combine in the Duckling classroom starting at 5:30pm. This will help us more effectively clean and shut down classrooms during the winter months while also makign sure our staff are getting out on time🥰
• Handwashing at Drop-off
  • To help your students maintain consistency throughout the week, to teach personal hygiene, and to help navigate emotional drop-offs, please make sure that you are washing hands with your student (s) before leaving your kiddos classroom each morning drop-off.
• Snowy Weather Prep❄️: As a reminder, we follow Jeffco public schools for weather related closures. If Jeffco is closed, so are we. If they have a late start we open at 9:00 am and if they have an early release we close at 3:30 pm.
