Needing some prayers? We got you! If you would like our Big Red Barn Prayer Team to pray for something specific, you can submit prayer requests here! Remember no prayer is too big for our God and with community in prayer, anything is possible
Monthly Updates:
- Field Day!
- We are excited to announce that our Field Day will be held on July 29th from 9:00 AM–11:30 AM!
- We will kick off our events at 9:00 AM, followed by a popsicle and bathroom break from 10:00–10:30 AM. After our break, we will continue with more Field Day activities beginning at 10:30 AM.
- To celebrate all of our hard work and fun, we will end the morning with a pizza party!
- Dress Code
- BRB shirts must be worn Monday through Thursday.
- On Fridays, you may wear any appropriate shirt.
- Please make sure all clothing meets the following dress code requirements:
- Shorts must be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee.
- Dresses must be at least 3/4 length, and shorts must be worn underneath.
- Tank tops are not permitted
- Hoodies are not permitted
- Jeans with holes or rips are not permitted
- Summer Heat!
- It's summertime, which means it's extra important to take care of yourselves while you're out on the playground. Please make sure you're staying hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water, especially during outdoor time.
- You do an amazing job taking care of our kiddos, but don't forget to take care of yourselves too! If you need to step inside for a quick water break or cool down, communicate with us and we will make it happen.
- Healthy teachers are the best teachers. 💛 Stay cool, stay hydrated, and thank you for all that you do!
- Oxivir
- We have officially made the switch to Oxivir as our classroom disinfectant.
- Please remember that Oxivir must remain on the surface for one full minute between diaper changes to properly disinfect. After the one-minute contact time, wipe the changing mat completely dry before placing the next child on it.
- Following these steps is essential for maintaining proper sanitation and keeping our children healthy and safe. Thank you for your attention to this important procedure!
- Garden
- We're looking for a teacher who would be interested in helping care for and maintain our garden during their field time. This would include tasks such as watering, weeding, checking on the plants, and helping keep the garden looking its best.
- If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, please reach out to Maisey. We'd love to have someone who is excited to help our garden continue to grow!

Staffing Update
Ms. Maisey's last day as our Conscious Discipline Coordinator will be on July 16th as she prepares to take on a new position as a homeschool teacher. While Maisey will never be far from the Barn, please make sure to spread some extra love to her over the next couple of weeks!
